GPAINNOVA America, GPAINNOVA’s subsidiary in Sunrise, Florida, USA, will be exhibiting at MD&M West 2021 (Medical Design & Manufacturing Event), in the Anaheim Convention Center, in Anahaim, California, for a second successive edition. This is the largest MedTech expo in the United States for suppliers and buyers to discover innovation, engineer new technology, and build life-changing medical devices. This year there will be 1,400 exhibitors from 70 countries. The event revolves around the latest technologies, including the latest 3D approach to medical science, new battery tech, and cutting-edge medical equipment.

The Smallest Dry Electropolishing Machine, for the First Time in America

From August 10 to 12, GPAINNOVA America’s team will be located number booth number 2277, displaying for the first time in the United States the newest product in the DLyte machine range, the DLyte Desktop PRO. Its compact size and affordable price, makes this new equipment available to any company regardless of size, to access the disruptive dry electropolishing technology.

In addition, GPAINNOVA America will also display the largest machine in the DLyte Compact Series range, the DLyte 100. This solution simplifies and standardizes the post-production process of metal parts, improving the finishing results obtained with traditional polishing systems.

Besides displaying its machinery, the company will be discussing the main benefits of DLyte for healthcare, and medical device applications. Some of these benefits include corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and environmentally friendly production without expensive waste disposal. The DLyte system can be easily implemented into any production chain and offers simple operation with repeatable results.
