Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Middle-level training cycle in assembly and mechanical maintenance

  • Valuable experience as a mechanical and electrical assembly operator

Abilities

  • Skills to manual work

  • Understanding of plans and work instructions

  • Knowledge about the use of crimpers for electrical terminals

Functions

  • Interpretation of plans, electrical diagrams, tires and work instructions
  • Carrying out mechanical assembly of the different assemblies produced in the company using hand tools and electrical / pneumatic machinery

  • Adhesive application during the assembly process

  • Wiring and electrical connection of the different assemblies produced in the company

  • Use of crimper for electrical terminals of different types

  • Identify and communicate to their superiors the incidents detected in the assemblies, both from errors in the definition of the product and from errors on the part of suppliers

  • Fill in check-lists about the work carried out in order to ensure that it has been carried out correctly

  • Control the stock of available material and report it to your superiors

  • Specific use of electric stacker

  • Troubleshooting issues found during the assembly testing process

  • Control and correct maintenance of the tools available in the workplace
